Features  : 

• Player can place a tent (Standalone / ESX item / QB Item)
• Placed tent can be set to disappear after some days
• Placed tents are saved and synced through reboots
• You can enter, exit a tent and play an anim inside
• You can set a waypoint to your placed tent
• You can evict violently someone from a tent
• This includes a tool to place your tent
• Standalone / Compatible with all frameworks 

USES THE FIVEM ESCROW SYSTEM.
You don't have access to the code, only to the configuration files.
